Golden Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients
Gold potatoes
Italian seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Vegetable oil
Peel and cut potatoes into 1/4″ cubes. Place in pan and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle italian seasoning, salt and pepper over the top. Sautee in vegetable oil on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally so potatoes brown a bit.
Serve with eggs!
