Please use this form to customize the contents of your box this week. The produce for the upcoming week will be posted on Friday evening prior to your delivery and you can modify your contents over the weekend. Please be aware, changes cannot be made after noon on Mondays. If you need to cancel a delivery, please call us or send us an e-mail. This form is only for changes made to the contents or your box.

Instructions for modifications

• 1. View the contents of your box on the home page. Use the slider to move to your box mixture.
• 2. Fill out your details on this form
• 3. Select the items you do not wish to receive in your box this week. (Please be sure to select ALL items you do not wish to receive, even if they are on your Customer Choice list).
• 4. Choose the items you would like to receive instead. And then submit the form.

Please remember, any modifications you make are subject to availability and price restrictions so we cannot always guarantee we will be able to match your requests however, we will do our best. You can check back on the website for any produce updates for the week. Just click on the blog and choose Betty’s updates to view any possible further changes to your order.
